Colorado Workshop: Adaptive Design

adaptive design workshop upstart denver

In the age of #metoo and implicit bias, our organizational cultures as we have known them are being challenged in a way that demand change. When we come together as Jewish professionals, we have the power and potential to create that real and positive change.

The Board of Peers invites you and members of your organization to join peers from Jewish institutions throughout the community for a day of professional development where we will:

  • learn new tools to affect organizational culture to meet modern ethical standards
  • identify actionable steps to positively change your organizational culture
  • meet and connect with peers across the Jewish community

Together, let’s turn some of our most pressing challenges into opportunities for greater diversity, inclusion, and cultural vibrancy.

A kosher, light breakfast and lunch will be provided. All food will be prepared by Albert Cohen, the HEA Mashgiach and Kitchen Manager, in the HEA Kitchen.

RSVP today! Spots will fill quickly.

Our purpose is to enable entrepreneurs to bring bold Jewish ideas to light. We help them reach Up to people in new ways that are meaningful, more inclusive, and create a brighter future for our Jewish community and the world we share.
