She has expertise in people systems, staff development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workplace culture. In her role at UpStart, she is responsible for creating a comprehensive and exceptional end-to-end talent experience for our staff team.

Sydney is based in San Diego, CA, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from The University of California, Santa Barbara.
