Revital Padovitz is a product leader, investor, and advisor working at the intersection of strategy, product, and technology. She is also an executive coach for tech leaders and founders.

Her career includes leading product teams at Microsoft, Meta, and startups and serving as a strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Revital is an angel investor with Sand Hill Angels and an advisor with Skydeck, the UC Berkeley accelerator.

She is active in Jewish communities, with leadership roles at Intro, a networking organization for Israelis in tech, and JMentors, a Jewish mentoring initiative. She also coaches women and facilitates circles, as part of Women in Product and Her Allies.

Revital holds an MBA from Melbourne University, Australia, and a bachelor’s degree from Ben Gurion University, Israel. She obtained her coaching education at Brown University. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
