The basics

Jenn is a versatile leader, excelling in facilitation, talent development, and systems thinking, joyfully transitioning between leadership and support roles as needed. In 2021, she became the inaugural Jewish Life Venture Fellow at the William Davidson Foundation, leading the development of a venture capital-inspired grantmaking process for growth-stage initiatives in Jewish education.
An entrepreneur, Jenn founded Xukuma, LLC in 2016, primarily focusing on leadership development. Her career includes roles such as COO at the Birthright Israel Foundation, co-executive partner at SeaChange Capital Partners, and director of member services at the Jewish Funders Network. Before her nonprofit journey, Jenn worked as an ABC News producer from 1995 to 2003 and earned her bachelor’s degree from Columbia University. She resides in NYC with her husband, two teenage boys, and a French Bulldog named Winnie the Pooh, all while dreaming of a lakeside life.
