Eli Malinsky

Eli Malinsky, Board Member, is Associate Director of the Business & Society Program at the Aspen Institute. Among his responsibilities, Eli co-directs the First Movers Program, an Aspen Fellowship for corporate social intrapreneurs who deliver financial value to their company and positive social and environmental outcomes for the world. Prior to his work at Aspen, Eli spent ten years working with small nonprofits and start-up social intrapreneurs at the Centre for Social Innovation. In his positions as Director of Programs and Director of Operations, Eli oversaw a ten-fold growth in the Centre’s footprint, membership and revenue in Toronto. In 2013, Eli moved to New York City to become founding executive director of the Centre for Social Innovation NYC, where he led start-up operations for the new enterprise. Eli has an MA in Communication & Cultural Studies from York University in Toronto. His research focused on the relationship among organizational structure, organizational culture and technology in networks of non-profit organizations.
