Boaz is CEO of Pebble Tossed Consulting, offering organizational development assistance, coaching, strategic advice, and Bohm Dialogue training and facilitation to leaders and their teams. Before that, he spent 25 years in the renewable energy industry as an executive in both local and multi-national companies, and has extensive experience in start-ups, M&A, post-merger integration, business transformation, leadership development, culture change, innovation, and continuous improvement. Boaz currently lives in Philadelphia, PA and is navigating a career transition into the world of Jewish nonprofits.
